“Donuts are vegan and nut free!! So awesome to have this as an option for my family member with a dairy and nut allergy. Even though there are signs saying donut are vegan nut free, I went ahead and double checked with the person at the counter like I always do when we eat out. They were so nice and patient answering my questions!
It took me a minute to get what was going on in the store, they are co-located with Dairy Godmother and I am not sure if that side is nut free or vegan.“

“Yes, I drove to my usual location—and it was definitely worth the drive! The staff here are always so kind and welcoming. I ordered my drink with cold foam milk, and they made it perfectly without any issues. Always a great experience at this location!“

“Great place for my daily dose of iced cold tea and donuts today. The only issue I had was with the lady at the register. I think more training is needed. I asked how I go about adding a gift card I received as a gift to my account and she replied I can only pay with one or the other (gift card or app). Not very helpful but the tea was delicious!! 😋“

“You all may not remember me. But me and my hubby came in yesterday in the AM..ordered a waffle sandwich, bagel and sweet tea..you all were super nice and responsive. The music selection had us turning your store into an 80's jam session..air guitar included.. You all smiled and enjoyed the scene while continuing to work!! Great service!!“

“The food was good, hot, etc. No problem there. My issue is with the young woman with hip-length dreads that were frayed at the end and left to hang, unsecured. Everyone else had their hair secured, but her braids were left to drift freely into food being prepared, take a dip into the oil fryer, griddle, ice machine, etc. Major safety and health hazard. Also, no one seemed to be wearing any kind of identifiable Dunkin clothing except one guy.“
