“Today was our first time eating at The Hub. Great service with young ladies who were very efficient and friendly and very attentive to customers. They were always smiling and greeting customers. It’s nice to see young people who appear to enjoy their jobs. Food was delicious. The owner came to our table to make sure we were satisfied. Very pleased with the atmosphere and family-feel of this restaurant. Will definitely be back”

“A convenient place in Pipers Gap road. They offer most convenience store items and made to order food reasonably priced. This is the only store around this area for quite a while so if you need a drink or some food or the various other things this is your last chance for many miles heading towards Lambsburg MTN.”

“First time, and we had the place to ourselves, but there were lots of orders being called. We wanted to dine in for a change. Prices were very reasonable, had egg drop soup, egg rolls, triple delight for Danny & shrimp kew for me. Everything was great & we will definitely be going back!”

“EL RIO GRANDE IS MY FAVORITE RESTURANT. I USUALLY EAT LUNCH THERE WEEKLY. I ENJOY THEIR SALSA AND CHIPS, AND USUALLLY CHOOSE SOMETHING FROM THE COMPLIMENTARY SALSA BAR. MY FAVORITE FOODS ARE THE LUNCH SPECIAL #1 AND #7. SERVICE IS ALWAYS FAST AND ABOVE AVERAGE. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THE FAJITAS ARE USUALLY SERVED WITH THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS ALMOST BURNED. AT LEAST THAT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE SEVERAL TIMES, AND FOR THAT REASON I NO LONGER ORDER THEM.”

“I work here, so I’m a little partial, but ALOT of our visitors/travelers from out of town say that we’re better than their favorite BBQ place back home! (The ultimate compliment) Our ribs fall off the bone and you can’t beat the prices on our lunch specials especially. I came here to post pics of the menu in the reviews, but just had to share that. :) Come on in and see for yourself!”

“Tastes exactly the same as when I was a kid. I always get the chicken and fish platter, and the bottom of the plate is filled with those little crunchies I loved as a kid. Every time we're I'm in Galax, we have lunch here. Highly recommend.”
