“Today was our first time eating at The Hub. Great service with young ladies who were very efficient and friendly and very attentive to customers. They were always smiling and greeting customers. It’s nice to see young people who appear to enjoy their jobs. Food was delicious. The owner came to our table to make sure we were satisfied. Very pleased with the atmosphere and family-feel of this restaurant. Will definitely be back“

“LJS fried fish is excellent. Don't sleep on it. It's some of the better fish I've had. The Galax location does a great job.. smiling, friendly staff and they're clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish sandwich, the shrimp, chicken planks and everything else. Thank you for the delicious food“
