“Got a large cheese pizza with extra cheese to go on 7/18/24 around 11:30am. Pizza was pretty good, they definitely put extra cheese on it and it was very reasonably priced. Employees on the phone and at the front counter were very nice. I’m only taking off one star because when I pulled into their parking lot and got out of the car, some mentally challenged man wearing a Chefs Pizza shirt came out from that garage/warehouse in the back and started staring at me and then yelling at me all the way across the parking lot that I had to use the side door. I’m not sure what the issue was with me walking around to the front door but it was weird and it made me very uncomfortable.“

“Service was overwhelmed due to the patrons there from lack of electricity with Hurricane Helene just going through the area. Our waiter was a Champ! Working our table of 6 and 5 other tables each with 4+ people. Food was slow, but that was because the restaurant was making pizzas for the local hospital ER staff while making food for dine in customers.
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of high chairs and patient staff.“

“The staff here are all so friendly and accommodating. We have visited 2 days in a row now, and both visits have been great experiences. My husband and I both grew up eating Pizza Plus and love that they have the buffet during the week 11-2. (Salad bar, multiple different kinds of pizzas, and dessert pizzas as well) We also order delivery often on the weekends with great service and timely deliveries every time. I highly recommend this Pizza Plus to everyone.-Brittany“

“Small corner stall next to Starbucks. Has room for Four already to go Personal Pan Pizzas. Choice was limited Three cheese and one pepperoni. Pepperoni was done and not doughy in the center. Crust was crisp, but not over done. Counter person seemed knowledgeable and friendly.“

“Out of all the Pizza Pluss' I've been to, I was surprised how homely this particular one felt. The Restaurant was nice and spacious to say the least. There were two separate dinning rooms, with the one in the back having a mini arcade and dispenser machines you put the quarters in. I came here with my best friend and his son, and the waitress (Who regrettably I didn't get the name of to properly credit them) was more than happy to accommodate our needs. She was very attentive with making sure we had plenty to drink in our glasses and was very polite. My friend's son can be very noisy and disruptive, but the staff paid the little guy no mind. The restaurant over all was very clean and had the atmosphere you'd expect from a Pizza Place. While it's not a name brand like Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut, Pizza Plus as a whole is a pizza place you should try if you haven't already. Their food is delicious and good for the money. Dimmy's giving this Pizza Plus 5 stars out of 5 stars!
EDIT: 9/1/2024 I ordered my pizza at 8:29 PM Today on 9/1/2024 for me and my Husband. It was not until 9:20 PM that I finally got my Pizza. 51 MINUTES! They had ONE DRIVER and she had 3 orders to deliver to including my own. I had to call the store to ask where was my Pizza. You should never have to do that. I was actually getting worried my Pizza would not make it to me fresh.
As for the condition of the Pizza... It was hot but not really fresh but see for yourself. My Husband said it was Passable at best. Not to mention this was his first Pizza Plus Pizza. Not the normal Pizza Plus quality I normally get. My husbands said among the worst pizza he's had. I called the manager saying I want a refund. Long story short, I didn't get a refund but a credit on my next pizza I order there. This pizza cost me like $15.
If you have a staffing issue hire more people. Don't lowered the quality bar. Lack of staff and delivery drivers is a Management issue. NOT a customer issue. This isn't the COVID-19 Outbreak of 2020 anymore. That excuse don't cut it anymore.“
“We came in Friday August 9 2024 from the time we came in Kaden and Connor were so polite and welcoming.... My 4 year old son who is autistic kept trying to play the games in the back and unfortunately we didn't win anything ( it happens ?) these boys came out and won a prize for our baby who LOVES stuffed animals they were more than accommodating their hospitality and kindness especially to our son was so overwhelming ... Thank you so much for such a great staff and especially to these 2 young men and of course the food was awesome great salad bar and pizza“

“First of all, this is by far the cleanest pizza plus that I have ever been in. The food is always hot and fresh. Not to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I especially would like to thank Amber for always accommodating our large parties. We spend quite a bit of money going out to eat and it is always worth it. Stephanie has been so sweet and kind to my children after every visit. The 11$ Fridays are our favorite! You can order ANY pizza and only pay 11$. Quality is superb!!!! Thank you so very much Pizza Plus of Bloomingdale ❤️ ❤️ ? ? ? ?

“Just a heads up! When I googled Italian Village BRISTOL it brought up another local pizzeria. Long story short, I ordered my pizza at the wrong location. HOWEVER.....when I walked into Italian Village BRISTOL, they were quick to help me get my order in and under the time they stated. Pizza we ordered was delicious and we can't wait to do business again with Italian Village BRISTOL! (For inquiring minds, I did call the other pizza company and apologetically cancel my order without any issues!)“

“The new popits were a nice change. There pizza ? n bread sticks were quickly done n tasty as always.
Parking: With new PetWorks store, parking has been cut in half. During high traffic time's, it can be difficult to park close.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would need assistance to get inside.“

“They were understaffed so they didn't have the dining room open, however I was able to make a carry out order, which they delivered to my car for me. The pizza was really good, The price was bad either is $12.99 for any large I got a super supreme and a meat lovers with extra cheese and it was still only $30. Definitely wouldn't recommend.“

“LOVED the Veteran Table!Let's get real a 1 topping pizza portal pizza is $8 now I think.. I got 2Lrg, specialty or 5 topping for $20.. TUESDAY DEAL. LOOK at all these toppings holy cow. The Gentleman behind the counter was aces!! Fresh and Hot fogged up the truck windows. Got the Hawaiian & BBQ..Salad Bar was clean & stocked as well. Walk In order 15min.. NOT BAD“

“Was greeted at door by driver going out. Had buffet had to seat self got food had to get own drinks no one ever came to table . Pizza was any barely on bar cheese and pepperoni only . One walking around with towel and cleaner no hi hello nothing cashier barely spoke one came out of back ask how food was told her was no veriatey out got no response first and last trip there for bar . Goto little teasers from now on . Any questions from management would be great to hear from . But will not even be read . Pizza plus has went way down hill here .. PLEASE CONTACT“
