“Was greeted at door by driver going out. Had buffet had to seat self got food had to get own drinks no one ever came to table . Pizza was any barely on bar cheese and pepperoni only . One walking around with towel and cleaner no hi hello nothing cashier barely spoke one came out of back ask how food was told her was no veriatey out got no response first and last trip there for bar . Goto little teasers from now on . Any questions from management would be great to hear from . But will not even be read . Pizza plus has went way down hill here .. PLEASE CONTACT“

“We call for delivery to the Holiday Inn Express. They put a rush on our order and employee who wasn’t a delivery driver stepped to make our delivery. That is dedication to service. Pizza was hot and tasty. Sauce a little spicy but not over bearing. I would recommend you try Marco’s.“

“Ate lunch there today (Labor Day) There was a mix up with our order and it took a long time to get our food. Staff was very apologetic, More than made up for it! Good business practices!!! “We eat at Italian Village at least 2-3 times per month. The thing I love about it is that it tastes exactly the same as it did when I was a teenager back in the 1980s. There is never a surprise change to the quality ingredients they have always used that makes Italian Village it's own, unique thing. I like other pizza restaurants too, but I find that I always compare them to Italian Village and realize it's still my number 1!“

“So far out of all the others I've tried, this is the best Little Caesars. The pizza was great, the wait time was minimal, but the best part was the worker I encountered at the drive thru. He was very polite, very courteous, and didn't seem like he was miserably counting down the minutes until clock out like I've experienced at an uncountable amount of other places. Will absolutely be going back!“

“Out of all the Pizza Pluss' I've been to, I was surprised how homely this particular one felt. The Restaurant was nice and spacious to say the least. There were two separate dinning rooms, with the one in the back having a mini arcade and dispenser machines you put the quarters in. I came here with my best friend and his son, and the waitress (Who regrettably I didn't get the name of to properly credit them) was more than happy to accommodate our needs. She was very attentive with making sure we had plenty to drink in our glasses and was very polite. My friend's son can be very noisy and disruptive, but the staff paid the little guy no mind. The restaurant over all was very clean and had the atmosphere you'd expect from a Pizza Place. While it's not a name brand like Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut, Pizza Plus as a whole is a pizza place you should try if you haven't already. Their food is delicious and good for the money. Dimmy's giving this Pizza Plus 5 stars out of 5 stars!
EDIT: 9/1/2024 I ordered my pizza at 8:29 PM Today on 9/1/2024 for me and my Husband. It was not until 9:20 PM that I finally got my Pizza. 51 MINUTES! They had ONE DRIVER and she had 3 orders to deliver to including my own. I had to call the store to ask where was my Pizza. You should never have to do that. I was actually getting worried my Pizza would not make it to me fresh.
As for the condition of the Pizza... It was hot but not really fresh but see for yourself. My Husband said it was Passable at best. Not to mention this was his first Pizza Plus Pizza. Not the normal Pizza Plus quality I normally get. My husbands said among the worst pizza he's had. I called the manager saying I want a refund. Long story short, I didn't get a refund but a credit on my next pizza I order there. This pizza cost me like $15.
If you have a staffing issue hire more people. Don't lowered the quality bar. Lack of staff and delivery drivers is a Management issue. NOT a customer issue. This isn't the COVID-19 Outbreak of 2020 anymore. That excuse don't cut it anymore.“

“Mad Greek restaurant kingsport tn I went to this restaurant with my daughter today for the first time. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan pasta, Caesar salad, and mozzarella sticks. I have to say, this place was phenomenal. Everything was delicious. I greatly enjoyed myself as well my daughter. Highly recommend!! Beautiful atmosphere. Staff was impeccable.“
“We picked up pizza tonight with our dog with us, then we thought about wings and swung through the drive thru window to make an order! The girl there was SO kind and very helpful! Then we had a little bit of a wait for the wings, she came out check on us and apologized for the wait! She was amazing! Her name is Kendall and i want you all to know you’ve got a great employee/manager at this pizza plus!!“

“The new popits were a nice change. There pizza ? n bread sticks were quickly done n tasty as always.
Parking: With new PetWorks store, parking has been cut in half. During high traffic time's, it can be difficult to park close.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would need assistance to get inside.“

“So I really wanted pizza hut lol. Went to stewball and was told there dining room closed at 7 and it was 723 so dishearted we left now we never eat out lol. So we came over to west stone drive. WE WERE NOT DISSAPOINTED! The pizza wings and cheesesticks were hot gooey and cooked to perfection. Our waitress was AMAZING unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had brown hair and glasses. She was friendly kind and we didn't feel rushed to leave. It was a nice relaxing dinner that I didn't have to cook. Keep it up guys!“

“This is the best Dominos pizza store I've went to yet. I got the 8pc stuffed pepperoni cheese bread. My wife and daughter went in to order and paid for it all men working but they were treated respectfully and professionally . The pepperoni cheese stuffed bread was made very delicious I will come back to this store again so I give these workers a five star thanks for making our visit a good delicious one God bless you all.!“

“The guy in the back during the day is BOSS - I think his name is Devin. He has been there for years and can throw down. The sauce here tastes better than the one on Stone because he adds his special flare AND you know his kitchen is CLEAN. He's a classically trained chef or something I heard. As long hes there, I'll always get my family's weekly pizza lunch.“
