“Being from Hawaii and living in Henrico for 12 years there was no place for local Hawaiian food. I was excited to find this place. I ordered one of my favorites, chicken katsu. It was good, they nailed the crunch and the Mac salad was phenomenal. I did notice they use white meat for katsu. Most places in Hawaii uses thighs since it’s juicier and more forgiving when fried. I liked it overall, reminded me of home. I will definitely continue to come and order from there.“
