“Took my German client to this amazing restaurant and she was blissful! I’ve been many times and try to share this phenomenal dining experience with others whenever possible. High quality ingredients, all dishes are made to order and fresh and hot and delicious, generous portions and the bread is to die for! The server was delightful and so was the gentleman running the front. I can’t say enough good things! Go, enjoy!“

“This was our third visit to Metzger, which serves really fine and creative food, but it was unfortunately an off night for the establishment. 1. A printing error made the menus almost impossible to read - the ink was so faint we may as well have been handed blank pieces of paper. 2. They only had one white wine available - a Chardonnay - no other options. 3. Our favorite item to share was not available though it did appear (faintly) on the menu. These issues didn't spoil our evening, the food was still very good, but we did leave feeling that something isn't working well at the restaurant anymore.“
