I had the Brisket Philly with fries. The fries were cold upon arrival. The Brisket Philly was just ok. I don't think it can replace a traditional Philly Cheesesteak. Service was pretty good.
I was in town on business and found this gem to grab a bite to eat. The regulars at the bar are super friendly and made my time there even better. I had the crab cake and the shrimp. Both great options, however the Long Island drink was on point. Enjoyed the local experience.
As a thriller and romance author, I enjoy finding places with personality and good food, and The Fishin’ Pig is a fun and popular spot.
This place definitely draws a crowd, so expect a bit of a wait, which says a lot about how much people enjoy it. The setup is interesting with a lively bar area, high-back booth seating that gives you a bit of privacy, and multiple entrances that help the flow of people.
