“Gidi Gourmet has catered two daughter's wedding receptions for me. He was highly recommended and I can clearly see why. All aspects of his service is outstanding. First, the planning and selection. Gidi created family size sample dishes which made it very hard to decide, Gidi's food is delicious!! I wanted it all. Gidi's team did all the setup day prior which was a huge stress relief when so much was going on very fast. Of note is his food presentation. The only thing I can compare that may be similar is a cruise fine dining selection. I highly recommend Gidi for your catering needs. Super happy that I have some of his leftovers from the reception and can continue to revisit that fine dining experience!“

“Came right as they opened, having been looking for a place to try something new. I have no experience with Puerto Rican food but the server was extremely kind and answered any questions we had! She gave suggestions and explained some items. The food was so perfect! I loved the fried plantains, and the beans with the rice on the side were amazing! I'd go back there to try more!“

“On Sunday, June 5 2023, my daughter and I had an extremely wonderful experience at the Yorktown VA B&J. We had been searching for her cell phone all over the area and as a last ditch effort, we stopped in to ask if anyone may have turned her phone in to BJ as it is listed as a “lost and found”. Luckily, we were enthusiastically greeted by Josh. We explained our dilemma, and we saw the gleam in his eye as he asked some details about the phone. He promptly went to the back and retrieved the phone. Needless to say, we were ecstatic!! We wanted to buy all sorts of things and Josh and his associate, Roger patiently and enthusiastically waited on us. We just want the managers to know how much we appreciated their kindness, patience and courtesy. Josh was attentive and aware of what is happening on his shift and knew exactly what we were looking for. He asked the right questions before turning over the phone . Both Josh and Roger were on their best game: they were friendly, professional and very well trained. You don’t get that too much these days. Josh and Roger are keepers!???. Karen and Kaley“
