“I ordered online for the first time, which was on our way home. I received a generous offer for a free 8-piece bucket for signing up online, so of course I took advantage of it, after I figured out that you have to add your $15 worth of other items first. Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up at the drive-thru window unceremoniously. The bag was glued or heat sealed shut. We didn't question it. We get home 15 minutes later and we have everything but the biscuits (I made the bucket a combo). The only way the email gave to remedy the problem was through contacting the company, not the restaurant. It's not like we're were going to make a 30-minute round trip at night to get them when we are hungry. 30 minutes and two nice representatives later, we were promised 1,000 reward points online, so we could get a combo meal for free. The food was good and we didn't go hungry. I was just looking forward to those biscuits with my chicken.“

“Always a very efficient experience in the drive-thru. It could be wrapped around the building with cars but you'll likely get served faster than going to another fast food restaurant with only a few cars in line.
Even with the speed, the food always tastes consistently good and the employees seem happy to work there, something you don't see nearly as much anymore.
If your dietary restrictions allow, I would highly recommend.“
