“Another superb and delicious meal. We so much enjoy the wonderful French food we always get at L'Auberge Chez Francois accompanied by wonderful wines! Had our favorite escargots and then the mouth-watering tomato salad. I very much enjoyed the lobster salad, while my husband enjoyed the duck. And then we had the peche melba, which makes an outstanding summer dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it in a quiet atmosphere, where we could easily converse. Service, of course, was as attentive as always.”

“Delicious food - husband really enjoyed the Halibut with pesto pasta, which he said was outstanding (perhaps made with ingredients from their garden). My basic salad was likewise very fresh and delicious. We definitely made short order of the garlic bread and breads with butter and the cottage cheese with herbs (chives? Dill?). He thought the margarita was delicious and I enjoyed the Chateauneuf-du-Pape. And what can I say - not sure I looked once when polishing off the Grand Marnier soufflé. The nice change in weather meant sitting on the patio was also delightful. The setting is lovely and makes for pleasant dining experience. There were families celebrating special occasions, dinner dates like ours, and gatherings of friends - Jacques' Brasserie is definitely a restaurant to enjoy and return to, as we do, many times.”

“It is a great restaurant, high quality Greek food. They said my entrée, the lamb gyro, had double protein, but that was not true. It had way too much bread and fried potatoes. Quality of the squid, lamb, beans, and pasticitio was epic. Loved the salad too, but would have liked more Tzatziki. I had to ask for my water to be refilled a few times. Brining one of those bottles or carafes of water to the table that some restaurants do would be a better fit for the restaurant.”

“We will come back as the service was great as well as the food. The noise level was a little high at times but not something that would stop us from coming back. Our waitress was awesome, she even sang Happy Birthday to me as well as my friend as we share the same birthday.”

“We had an excellent meal at Village Grill over the weekend. If we lived closer, this would definitely be regular spot for us. We had the chicken shawarma wrap and gyro, along with some falafel. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.”
