Based on the reviews, Chipotle Mexican Grill offers delicious food with great customer service, and the staff are extremely nice, hard working, and helpful. The workers are quick and friendly, and a catering order was exactly what was ordered. However, some experiences include slow service with only one guy serving folks on a Saturday, where the food looked like it had been sitting for awhile and it was a little messy. Another issue was a lack of napkins in the dispensers. Despite this, one reviewer dropped their bowl and the staff made a new one, finding the location very welcoming.
