Underwhelmed. My spouse and I dont get to go on date's very often but we have a tradition of picking the $50-$100 per person type of restaurants such as Cork and Bull or Schlesinger's Steakhouse. We alternate on who treats so its become a fun game to show each other up on our dates. So I chose Cibus Chophouse for our Sunday date night, expecting the Cibus Chophouse Menu bc that whats on Google, but ended up with the Sandman Grill Menu?? Literally full of nothing fancy...
Update: March 2025 I recently revisited the restaurant and was very disappointed. Apparently the chef and menu has changed a couple of times since December 2024. We tried to keep a positive attitude but the pork chop we were served was not fully cooked. My entree came with collards and I asked for a side of kale. This place offers a pleasant atmosphere; however, if you are coming hungry, be prepared for your blood sugar to drop even more due to the longer wait time you have to wait. I got there with my co-workers for lunch. We were 10, and we waited maybe approximately 1:15 minutes. Only one server and one cook.
