this past weekend was my first time eating from jersey mikes and I was pleasantly surprised. the food was fresh and the employees were courteous and helpful especially Samir only thing thats missing is french fries! you get that & no sub place in hampton roads will stand a chance.
It was atleast 2 or 3 of us asking for extra stuff and they were so patient! Thank you! If you're wondering what extra something I ordered. It was a #9 mikes way with cherry pepper relish and a side of Buffalo and chipotle mayo. BOMB!

I placed my order via the app at 8:26pm. The pickup time I was estimated was 8:41. I got to the restaurant at 8:45 and my order was not ready. I gave some grace but left angry. I did not receive my one sandwich order until 9:06. Meanwhile many walk in customers were in and out in less than 10 mins. Other doordash type pickup orders were even being prepared ahead of mine.
