I have been a long time patronage at this restaurant, whoever was in charge of this the restaurant's operations tonight instead of being aware of what was happening in his restaurant appeared too busy while on a prolonged phone call. Ordered a simple chicken quesadilla and it was served in a pool of juice. Sent it back and all they did was take it off the wet plate and put it back on the grill a minute which burned the outside and the inside was still soggy. When we spoke to the manager, he didn’t care and actually acted like it was our fault for complaining. I will still go to the LaParilla in Carrollton and Suffolk but never again to Hampton.
Never had an issue with bad service before but this was horrible made the meal horrible only thanks to my “company” lThat truly made the meal desirable it was Mother’s Day and not even close to busy we had no joke 7 empty tables in our direct line of sight not to mention the “ empty” looking dining area on the way out.
