Alway had good experience and the food is good.
The attitude of the manager or lead person was and has been on multiple occasions has been very poor. This person seems indifferent to customers concerns and has no sense of urgency you'd expect in a fast food chain such as McDonald's; especially when their are cars backed up and apparently the drive up windows headsets are not working. No one at either windows informing the customers who are just waiting in limbo.
No one would take my order when one kiosk was being used by a mother letting her 3yo play on it and the other one was out of service so we left.
