This specific Papa John's store needs a little help. We ordered on the app for pickup and when the food was supposed to ready I went to the store to pick it up. They weren't even aware of the order. There was another customer in there who was also waiting for their pickup order and the employees had only made half of her order. This is the only Papa John's I order my food from. When I order from the other ones, they always seem to get something wrong. The manger name David always smile and speak and repeat my order back to me making sure it correct.

Just wanted to say that when I went to pick up my carry out order, one of the young men working there gave me my pizza (quite promptly, I should add) opened the door for me, and then when I reached my car, I noticed he had waited until I got there to go back to work, making sure I’d gotten across the lot safely. I thought that was very sweet.The pizza was also good!Thanks white-hoodie guy!
