“It's Chick-fil-A. They are awesome. The lines move quickly. They regularly offer specials for anyone with the app.

They recently did a special brownie deal where they donated to Alex's Army (a local charity in memory of a child who died), which I love as part of the community who was here when he was sick and died.“

“I went there last week, and it was rather busy. Richard helped me, and he was really kind, sweet and really made sure everything was right for my experience. He was the only one upfront because the other staff were busy, but he made my order rapidly with good quality. I would go there again, but maybe not rush hour since I couldn't get the assistant manager's attention when I had a question about being hired here since it was too busy.“

“The eggs were a little overcooked and it would have been nice to have a bit more of the bulgogi sauce (or at least have the option to buy more). Other than that, it was amazing.....not very authentically Korean, but authentically scrumptious!!!!! Oh, and sadly, way too expensive to have on a regular basis.“

“Brought a party of 4 to Bonchon for the Tuesday $1 wing special and, as always, the wings were absolutely delicious. We ordered a large amount of wings along with cucumber salad, rice, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the coleslaw never got brought out.

The food itself was great and the Tuesday wing special is honestly one of the best deals around. That said, the customer service could definitely improve. When our server brought out our 4 drinks, she placed them all on the opposite end of the table from where we were sitting, which came across as oddly passive aggressive and inconvenient. Also, throughout the meal, the server never once checked in to ask how the food was or whether we needed anything else — something that’s pretty standard at most restaurants, especially considering we eat here regularly.

Overall, the food quality and value keep us coming back, but the staff could really benefit from additional customer service training and better food service best practices.“

“We were originally heading to the next store but saw this place was halal too. The food was excellent so was service. We didn't add the tip not knowing how it worked but for the hospitality we received it was well deserved. We will remember next time“

“The other day Jon Filmore served me, and he is a polite, professional, and hard worker. He was very respectful when taking my order, and he and his team were efficient at getting my order out. “Came here on a friend's strong recommendation for a date night with my partner and the venue absolutely delivered. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, quiet enough to actually talk but with a lovely gentle buzz from other tables. Our server was a complete delight throughout the evening, with menu suggestions that turned out to be brilliant. The food was honestly excellent, with proper portions, real flavours, and beautiful presentation. We worked through three courses each and shared a bottle of wine. The pacing was perfectly judged throughout. The bill at the end was very fair given the quality. Already booked again for next month. New favourite for these proper date nights, easily.“
