My brother and I went here a week ago for brunch and our experience was simply amazing! Our server Javon (spelling may be wrong) was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food upon arrival was scrumptious! Plated well, very nice portion size and no additional salt or pepper needed! The music was even great! Food was great, they were just stretched super thin with staff. Did great considering.
Absolutely one of the best meals I’ve had in years. We tried the braised short ribs and fried chicken. The mashed potatoes were so reminiscent of my Daddy’s with ample pepper it made me nostalgic. I also enjoyed the pimento cheese Mac and cheese. Fabulous finish with peach cobbler bread pudding and banana pudding. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will make it a regular stop when in RVA

Farm and Oak serves fantastic food and provides excellent service. The menu features dishes such as the Brussels appetizer, beet salad, pork chop, pork belly, and crispy salmon, as well as the Farm & Oak burger, short rib egg rolls, smoked chicken wings, crab cake sandwich, and red velvet cake. The servers are attentive and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Farm and Oak gives farm-to-table vibes. The burger is outstanding with tasty fries and home fries that are nice and crunchy with a pillow soft interior. The ice tea is enjoyable. The smoked chicken wings were delicious, normal sized, super crispy, and had a lot of seasoning. The short rib egg rolls were amazing. This is a great spot for large groups of hungry people. The food is super delicious, and the owner and chef are very welcoming and kind. With a focus on presentation and flavor, Farm and Oak is a great choice for a night out.
