Order: 150+ Classic Boxed Lunch’s Company: FedEx Ground - St Paul, Minnesota Fantastic presentation: The Lunch Box was made of high quality cardboard, crisp edges, well branded, easily displaying the contents within. The branded paper box liner was reminiscent of a classic deli tray. High quality food: 1. Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap First let me mention the presentation. High quality checkered deli paper and finished with a durable cling wrap. Well sealed, and neatly folded to the underside of the wrap. The tortilla itself was a flavorful green spinach wrap that held its shape, pliable, and an upgrade from typical white flour tortillas. The turkey was moist, and freshly sliced. The tomatoes were ripe and firm The lettuce still had a slight crunch. (Leaf only no stems) The chilled bacon was flavorful, without being too greasy and still breaking apart with each bite. 2. Dill Pickle This simple accompaniment was proof of the thought and effort put into each lunch box. Let me explain. * CUSTOM ZIPLOCK PICKLE BAGS! * The little bags were specifically designed for a pickle slice. Sealed up for maximum freshness. Often I’ve seen pickles tossed in a sandwich baggy or leaky plastic wrap, tossed inside sandwich wrap and treated as an afterthought. Not here! My pickle was perfect! 3. Chocolate Chip Cookie The branded paper deli pouch was a nice touch. A true classic chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie. There’s not much to more to say. It was exactly what you’d expect it to be! 4. Classic Lays Potato Chips (Added a dash of Valentina hot sauce from my personal stash) 5. The plastic silverware pack. Here ‘Apple Spice’ included a Quality Black Plastic kit. Well done. All in all. The portion was perfect. My hunger was satisfied. I felt content after the meal. 10/10 will recommend!!“

They put together a very thoughtful tasting for us, providing us with samples and showing us photos of how they had set up our venue previously. In addition, they were very communicative and not only provided the food and set up but their consultation as well. The dishes, wait staff, and bartenders were all on point throughout the evening. Cannot recommend them enough.“

“Amphora was the saving grace of our wedding. Photos are from our tasting - wish we snapped candids during our actual wedding but we were too busy having fun! They are a preferred caterer of our venue & we could see why. Xochitl the manager put our minds at rest as soon as we made contact with her. She stepped in many times where our PT coordinator who was acting as if she was just the day of should have - but Xochitl had the upmost patience & professionalism. I had so many questions & she was able to answer all of them quickly. They accommodated our guests with dietary restrictions easily. Everything went to smoothly despite the unexpected windy & drizzling day causing a last minute cocktail hour location change. All of our guests were extremely happy & raved about the crab cake apps, the marinated flank steak, salmon & fingerling potatoes especially. When the rain caused us to have to take our photography session inside, they brought appetizers directly to us twice. We felt so taken care of & at ease thanks to them. The bartenders & servers were always smiling & on the move for our guests. We are forever grateful to Amphora!!“

“I recently had both breakfast and lunch at this brand new deli-catering restaurant at 205 Van Buren Street in the Atrium building. They did a fantastic catering event for the Dulles Regional Chamber last week.“

“There used to be another deli/coffee shop restaurant in this location, which before the pandemic, was crowded. But after the pandemic, barely I saw people going there, since many offices around the area have been gone or are not working full load.Anyway,I went there again to get a coffee, and I notice a new deli/coffee shop business there: now, Capital Cuisine.The owner was there, a polite and friendly gentleman.I got my coffee, and though the price was good, I didn't like the taste that much.The restaurant was sadly empty.Overall, not sure the owner can keep his coffee shop restaurant alive at that location, since again not that many people go there anymore.I think the owner may put more time and budget into local advertising, to grab the attention of the close-by offices/businesses, especially those which are within walking distance, therefore more people may go there and visit his restaurant.“

“Food is awesome, wish i could give 7 star.. Authentic taste - so different than other equivalent eateries, the lamb is so tendered and cooked to perfection. Naan breads are very soft yet fluffy. Definitely must go place.
I felt that while the portion given worth the price, the portion is too much for a single person unless you are super hungry (like I was). Otherwise, the plate can be shared by two.
Another suggestion would be to make the plate and the price 2/3rd to make it attractive.
Avoid sitting next to the restroom, probably need some better ventilation.“

“Jodhpur restaurant serves an excellent authentic food popular in Rajasthan, UP and New Delhi. The owners are very friendly and accommodating to your special needs. We catered their Rajasthani Dal, Baati, Churma special dishes for our guests in October 2022. it was a super hit. Everybody loved the food. We have also tried other varieties. The food, service, ambience, cleanliness and quality - all are excellent.“
