“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

Very few times I actually go somewhere and never take a picture. I drank the green Avoclada smoothie, had the Thai chicken salad with a jerk chicken wrap. This place is pretty big on the inside with lot of seating. This was early in the morning around 8:30 am. I was surprised at this place was open but they service was pretty fast and efficient. I did not like the jerk chicken wrap but the Thai salad and the smoothie made up for the score. The jerk Chicken wrap just did not taste like jerk chicken at all 😭“

I loved the flavor of the cauliflower and chikpea filling plus the spicy salsa verde was killer. I also had the chill juice drink and it was super flavorful and tasty! “My 4-month-old and I absolutely love this place. The ambiance, environment, and design are wonderfully spacious and kid-friendly. The top-notch food and drinks, especially the fresh sugar cane juice, are my personal favorites. My little one would probably agree if he could express it (maybe in a year). Overall, I'd rate this place 9.5/10. The only thing missing is an entertainment center or a selfie/promo spot for young adults, but they more than make up for it with their incredible drink.“

When we went inside, the manager, Tim, showed us the menu with everything in all the smoothies, and he talked to us about what we could and couldn’t have in them. The order automatically defaulted to pick up for tomorrow morning, which we thought was odd. When we got there around 7:20, however, we realized why.
