“7/2024--Papadia, with only vegetables, wasn't that great. Veggie pizza was great though. I'd recommend that. It was really good.

10-21-23--Our experience with Papa John's this time left something to be desired. Our cheese pizza was great. Papadias were ok. But the breadsticks were atrocious. They looked like pita bread. They were flat and hard. See picture 14. But they gave them to us anyway. We took them right back. Azijah acted like she did us a favor by remaking them. The second batch was a little better. Please, if you don't care about the quality of the food you serve, consider some other line of work. When you knowingly give customers food that you know is inferior, you just don't care.

Papa John's pizza is usually on point. Pizzas, chicken poppers and garlic knots were good. The Philly cheesesteak Papadia was really good. However, the little tub of marinara in this order was rancid. They might want to check their sauces more often.

4-22-23 Papa John's pizza was great this go 'round. Garlic knots were really good. But we received rancid marinara AGAIN. Someone needs to check the cold holding temperatures...and actually use the information.“

“This place has been nothing but great in the last year during the pandemic. It has it’s mishaps like anywhere else. Through it all they have tried to provide their service during power outages/shortages and has did their part. They were the ONLY restaurant open during the power outage. On this day they had a group of great managers Rakeita and Josh and one today that I’m unaware of. Keep up the good work guys.“

“This establishment is much akin to the original What-a-burger chains in Va. Love the food and the whole vibe of the place and especially the picnic tables under the huge shade tree on the side of the building!! If I were a local in South Hill this would be a daily stop for me.“

“I’m not a big fast food fan, but when I need vegetarian food on the road, the Burger King impossible whopper wins. I did not expect much from this place, but Doris at the counter was so friendly and helpful and made my day better. The place was spotless, the bathrooms were nice, and the service was fast. Can’t imagine a better Burger King Rd. trip run.“

“Food ended up being pretty good. Service was just ok. Restaurant was pretty clean. Haven't been to a Hardee's in a long time and the food here made me wish I had one closer to where I live. Just wish the service had been friendlier.“

“The whole team was rocking and rolling, but Brandon has one of the best personalities for customer service I have seen in a loooong time. I hardly EVER leave reviews, and when I do it’s usually when an experience was so god awful I feel pushed to do so. Well, Brandon made me feel like I needed to share how amazing his team was today despite the nonstop amount of people walking in the door. He finished at the register, and then immediately walked from behind the counter to go converse with customers, and stock the drink station (how polite of him to stop and talk when he is SO busy!) 5 stars for the WHOLE team and definitely 5 stars for him!! They deserve recognition!!“

“Outstanding experience at my local Subway last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help. The service was incredibly efficient, yet personal. I got a footlong BLT, Teriyaki and ham sandwich which was made with care, and they went out of their way to customize my order exactly how I liked it.

The restaurant was spotless—every table, counter, and corner super clean. It was clear the staff took pride in maintaining a pristine environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
