Casa de Avila tacos! Best tacos hands down!
I needed to use a commercial kitchen after being informed that Fairfax county requires cottage bakers to either have a permit or prepare and package in a commercial kitchen. It was a last minute decision so I had to find a place to rent and thankfully I called the right place! Stuart was very kind and helpful and accommodated my last minute request and made sure I have all the equipment and tools I need. His team was also very helpful and made my day so much easier!
We were able to stop by during our winter break before school picks up again. We’ve missed the Columbian Place!! Next time I’ll be sure to bring an updated drawing for you <3
