“We always order on the way and pick up when we arrive and most of the times it is seamles. Yesterday when we arrive our food was not ready and some of them had to be cooked freshly again, we did not order more than 15 minutes before and we hit the we are here button about 6 to 7 minutes before arrival. As I said they are generally right on time but this time we had to wait about 15 minutes.“
“I ordered a combo. They gave me the incorrect beverage and incorrect sauce for my tenders. I'm at my destination now so I can't return to address this. Big inconvenience.....

“Typical newish Chick-fil-A with good food and good service. However, the parking lot seems to have way more reserved curbside pickup spaces than are needed. When we were there 90% of those spaces were open but the dining room was full and we wound up having to park in a curbside pickup space in order to go in and eat in the dining room“
