Popeyes has better chicken than Chic-fil-a by a substantial margin. However the service is not as good. I don't get it. If they just copied Chic-fil-a's etiquette and used their already superior chicken, they'd completely knock their competition out of the park.That said I'll still go here over Chic-fil-a just because the chicken is absolutely better and there is no comparison to be had. 700 calories for a chicken sandwich allows me to enjoy several times a week while still staying...read full review
"I recently visited the drive-through andwas disappointed with the service. Thestaff seemed unfriendly, moody and unhelpful.I had to repeat my order multiple times with 2 different staff , one of them was eating and taking my order at the same time (unprofessional)and even then, it was incorrect. WhenI brought it to their attention, they were giggling andseemed unconcerned and didn't offera solution.
