Best customer service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant. The high school kids are great. Polite, friendly and on point. All the employees go above and beyond. Thank you.
This was the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever been to! First of all, I asked for no cheese on my salad and creamy salsa dressing. I never got the dressing and had to flag someone down to get some only to realize that the feta cheese was still on the salad. Took it back and one of the older ladies helped me and was the only worker there that acted like she cared. Chick-fil-A offers consistently good food and service, with warm and fresh meals served quickly. This location, open since December 2023, is less crowded than others, providing a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is great and clean. While the counter service may not be the fastest, the friendly staff and clean tables make up for it. Customers recommend dining in for a more enjoyable meal. They also had plain biscuit with butter, hash rounds, and a generous fruit bowl. The mobile app ordering needs to be a more fluid process, otherwise, it takes longer. This newly built Chick-fil-A maintains the high standards of the chain with fantastic food and service. The food is fast food of the best quality, with a great atmosphere and thoughtfully designed stores. The restaurant was well-staffed, and although it was busy, food came out quickly. The site was a bit too cold inside, and the outside seating area had wet seats. Some orders were incorrect, and the server was not very nice when asked to get missing items. The breakfast is awesome and better than the Dunkin next door.
