“Thanks to a recommendation from one of our coaches in South County, we had the delightful opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal from a local home-based eatery – In Da Kitchen! It was our first time ordering, and they didn’t disappoint - it did exceeded our expectations. We savored Curry chicken, jerk chicken, and a delightful version of Yuca con Chicharron. The owners of the establishment were exceptionally friendly and made the entire ordering and pickup process a breeze. We highly recommend everyone in Lorton and beyond to give it a try!“

“I wasn't too keen on having to stand and wait to say my name and be handed food while the customer ahead of me was taking a lot of time... there were at least 2 other folks behind the counter (out of my field of view) who could've at least assisted the young lady working the register so that those waiting for pickup--who had already paid--didn't have to stand there for ten minutes waiting.“

“I heard about this place on TikTok and had to stop by. I ordered ox tails/curry goat combo w/rice and peas, cabbage, plantains and 2 cheesy beef patties. Please pack your patience if you order when you get there. I waited 45minutes after ordering. It was pretty busy. The food was pretty good. It was seasoned well and the right amount of spice for my tastes. Definitely will order again.
Update: I just placed an order to go. I asked for beefy cheese patty and I was told (by Leah) that it’ll take about 15 minutes to cook them. So when I said I’ll wait she’s says. “I’m sorry. We’re out of beefy cheese patties”. How were they available 2 seconds ago but now they’re not. Need less to say that pissed me off. The food is good but I will NOT be coming back. Good lucj“

“Omg. Like. I don't eat all day. Plus I have to travel two hours back home. I pressed my luck and this food is fillling, tasty, amazing, great, worth the wait. It was so good! The cashier was amazing. He kept the place so cleaned. Food was fast and well done. Impressed.“
