Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lynchburg

“Every time I go to this chipotle they are always fun, always friendly, always kind, and always patient with me!
I had a huge issue with the app and a major misunderstanding about the fine print for some rewards, and they were so pleasant and friendly while helping me with my order right after they opened for the day.
Huge marks and wonderful customer service!
I know that won’t be the case for everyone, but if you start with kindness, you get buckets of it in return.“

“This used to be the best chipotle in the city hands down the best as far a presentation cleanliness and food demand. Was disappointed my last visit being this the only one that has veggies and I had my kids I was considering dinning in. I didn’t, tables and chairs looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Some people who were dining in was cleaning the area they wanted to sit.. cleanliness is horrible“

“Going inside and getting a burrito is allways the most delicious but Everytime and i mean EVERYTIME I order a burrito its never good either the rice is under cooked, they don't double wrap when I request it or the burrito has all the meat at one end or all the sauces on one end....do better with online order“
