Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lynchburg

“Never had a bad experience at this chipotle. I frequently use the chipotolane to pick up my online order and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and the service is always excellent. I stopped by this evening to pick up my online order and I forgot to make a note I wanted a little cup of the smoked chipotle tobasco sauce and with no hesitation Xavior and Shamari were super kind and got my order out and hooked me with the little cup of sauce. It’s refreshing to stop by a fast food restaurant that has kind employees that help out instead of rolling eyes at a request!“

“Every time I go to this chipotle they are always fun, always friendly, always kind, and always patient with me!
I had a huge issue with the app and a major misunderstanding about the fine print for some rewards, and they were so pleasant and friendly while helping me with my order right after they opened for the day.

“Going inside and getting a burrito is allways the most delicious but Everytime and i mean EVERYTIME I order a burrito its never good either the rice is under cooked, they don't double wrap when I request it or the burrito has all the meat at one end or all the sauces on one end....do better with online order“
