Bubbles and missing garlic butter, stink!
Great staff, so friendly and efficient.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery. I waited 30 min after the time it was suppose to arrive, as soon as I called, they told me the Doordasher was on the way. Nearly 45 min later and the doordasher is almost at the papa johns. This isn't the first time this happened.
One time it took so long to get our order that I left to get food elsewhere. When I got back, the delivery driver was at our door. We waited over an hour and a half.

Papa John's Pizza in Timberlake is a popular spot, with customers raving about the value they receive with every bite. The parking lot is shared with other businesses, but there is ample space for visitors. While service can be hit-or-miss, some customers have reported poor experiences with staff seemingly ignoring customers in front of them. On the other hand, some reviewers have praised the fast and efficient service. The restaurant also offers wheelchair accessibility with a ramp.
