“I came to visit this particular store at on 9/28/24 at around 1-1:30 and I really just wanted to commend the staff there on their professionalism. I was impressed by the entire staff from the cook to the cashiers. Everyone seemed to be focused on the task at hand. They weren't goofing off, acting obnoxious and on their phones and it was really refreshing to see because you don't see it much amongst alot of the younger working class and I just wanted to give them their just due. People tend to only review the bad but I wanted to let them know courtesy, respect and professionalism do go a long way. KFC you've got a good team on your hands. Take care of em.“

“I have loved Hangry Joe’s Lynchburg from the first time I tried them when they first opened. I have been a regular customer since then, just love the mighty Sando. This past Thursday, 4/4/24, I gained a new level of respect and appreciation for this restaurant. On that day, I had a small issue with my order that I felt the manager should know about (substituted fries, instead of waffle fries I received crinkle fries). Not a big deal, but I felt he should know. So, I messaged him and to my surprise, he insisted that I receive a replacement meal on him!! That was greatly appreciated and totally unnecessary! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!! I love supporting local businesses and this one is at the top of my list for chicken greatness❤️ My support and recommendation will continue ❤️ Thank you so much!!“

“Zaxbys has been around for awhile, but word on the street was that it was super expensive, so I didn't bother to pop in.
I happened to be in North Carolina, and it was about one of the only fast food joints in the area so I decided to try it.
I didn't think the prices were unreasonable.
In fact, it was comparable, if not cheaper than the other big name chicken joints I have eaten in. Let's face it, all of the fast food restaurants have gotten stupidly expensive.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and I found the food to be tasty and fresh. The only downside was that their lemonades did not come in sugar free. I will definitely eat here again.“

“The food is good and fast service. I don't like how they give you the food and accept your payment. It's ridiculous giving you the food in a plastic box and now giving you change in a to go plastic cup. if you can take my money in a hand to hand exchange you can do the same with my change.“
