“What a beautiful experience! my family and I were in town for the Monacan Nation Pow Wow and exploration of the Natural Bridge. On the way back from driving the sights, I missed my turn, and stumbled across this GEM! With my three children exploring the realm of coffee like their mama, we try around with different steamer and decaf latte flavor combinations-- Belle Vie did not disappoint! We tried Decaf Cinnamon Bun Lattes, in which were made blue!!! What a great touch for a kid's drink! Strawberry Chai-- Kid approved! And I did a delicious Iced Orange Dity Chai. The cutest heart shaped straws just made you feel the love of the lovely owner herself. Outstanding customer service and fair prices. Also, what great conversation and advice for our youngsters in regards to their money-- 'When placing money in your wallet, keep the bills face up for good luck!' For sure cannot wait to return on our next trip!“

“Great experience when I was in town to stop and get some work done and enjoy a coffee. Staff were all professional and friendly. Where they really went above and beyond though - nearly 2 weeks after visiting the store, I noticed that I forgot my AirPods behind. I called and Lee quickly let me know she had them and could come grab them. I let her know I was traveling for work and live in VB and not even for a second did she hesitate to tell me that she would send them through the mail.

She kept me informed on when she was able to get them in the mail and got them to me quickly after discovering them. Thank you so much Lee for going above and beyond! It’s not often you receive this level of customer service anymore, it is very appreciated.“

“We have been long standing customers of Joe beans but our experience today made it so I had to leave a review. Our daughter accidentally spilled the extra large latte we had gotten for mom. After we got it all cleaned up we came back through and shared what happened with our barista and she did not even hesitate to replace our drink and was so apologetic.
