New American Restaurants in Madison, VA

“While on a surprise 2 day getaway for my wife and adding new places and adventures our first stop was Early Mountain Vineyard for lunch. As we entered and we were warmly greeted, walking through the beautiful main area to the outdoor patio with mountain views. The service was amazing. The food was above amazing and beautifully plated. Starters we had a crab salad with sweet pea pannacotta. My wife had fresh parsley pesto pasta and I had the pan seared bison. Both were some of the Best dishes ever. I'm told the wine was amazing too. You must come and taste the creations of this 3 star Michelin rated Executive Chef Tim Moore. Simply Amazing !!!“
