“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “Korean fried chicken is no stranger to the food scene in the American diet. This chain is doing us all a great favor by serving a superb alternative to Popeyes or simple southern fried chicken joints. The biggest issue I'd have is the bibimbap that doesn't come with traditional Korean pickled vegetable sides - what gives! Hey Bonchon, don't settle and don't cave using Americanized ingredients on your Korean iconic dish!

I stand hesitant in even submitting this review for rather peculiar reason.

Bonchon South Riding is hidden..... so hidden that for the first time in my life, I got to eat at a restaurant like the entire space is reserved just for me. Is this how the obscenely-powerful or uber-famous people dine and how it feels? It's not a dining option actually offered by Bonchon as it's a side-effect of doing tremendous takeout business. I think we saw 10-20 takeout orders during my entire time dining in.

Ok back to the chicken. It's delicious, I need not say anything more and remember not to compromise on the bibimbap or any other iconic dish.“

“I ordered the half-and-half corndog. A single corndog is almost 7 dollars. The pricing is ridiculously expensive. I spent about $30 for 4 corn dogs. The corndog was delicious however they slather the corndog in too much sugar. I received my corndogs and all I could see was sugar all over it, and I had to wipe some of it off.“

“I ordered the fried flounder with mashed potatoes and collard greens. It's ok. The fish was a little dry and a little tough to chew and you can tell they are not using the freshest cooking oil to fry it in. But it's not overseasoned, I would even say it's underseasoned for my linking. But overall its not bad if you have the taste for fried fish and looking for a quick fix. I would only go here sparingly.“

So we came here. The wings were good. The combination fajitas were great! we ordered kids sliders and pepperoni pizza. So far the servers are syncing well with the kitchen staff. I am happy my family was full!“

“The pickup of our pizza was nice and easy. With their system, you just have to punch in your order number, and the door opens with your pizza. I needed to buy a couple of waters, and the employee at the register was dealing with a customer, which is fine, except it was taking a LONG time. Another employee came in and could see me waiting, helped the other employee, and walked to the back. He came back a few minutes later and apologized for the wait, but he still didn't ring me up. He could have easily helped me on the other register. We were in a hurry, but I waited. It just seemed like the other employee could have helped me get out the door with my food. It's a little petty, I know. But that was my experience.“

“First time I came it was very disappointing. The usual great burger and fries that fosters offer at other locations were absent here. Fries were just average and burger was served on a cold food lion bun. Tried here again but got the cheesesteak special with fries and man was it good. Fries nice and hot ((little salty)) and the steak was well prepared along with fresh toppings. Best cheesesteak I’ve had in a minute. Will give the burger another shot next time around as things look better.“

“Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.“
