“It was a pleasure dining at the new amazing restaurant on my recent trip to DC. The staff was very welcoming and the warm hearted owners treated us with their favorites. Guests can request the appropriate spice level to their taste and the staff is willing to accommodate the requests. I also ordered a cocktail and it was made to perfection. Must try their paneer Chilli and puri bhaji. The best part of my experience was to see the special masala fried papad on the table. Yes, they serve fried papad, not the roasted ones. “The food is very good here although it's a long wait if you come after lunch time. This mostly seems like a take-out shop, although lthere are tables and chairs in case one wishes to eat in.I especially enjoyed the order of 4 very filling Chicken Samosas with the deliciously spicy Cilantro sauce and the sweet and sour Tamarind Chutney. The Mutton Curry is to die for, with fall-off the bone chunks of lamb and nicely fragrant Curry sauce.“

“Our Monday night dinner group has come back here multiple times. The smell is wonderful immediately when you walk in. The host and all staff there are super friendly and always fun to chat with. Our waiter had our whole table laughing every time we engaged with him. Everyone's orders were perfectly cooked, nice sized portions and came out very quickly. I personally love the Malaysian Iced Coffee, Roti Canai and Chicken Satay. Our group had noodle dishes, beef, lamb, seafood....all was wonderful. The flavors are vivid and bright, delicious and clearly comfort food. I promise you, you'll enjoy your trip here. Great food for everyone. Very nice open atmosphere and every table seemed very content.“

“We were a group of 4 who spontaneously went for dinner. One of us is a vegeterian and we had to choose this but we were pleasantly surprised
We got appetizers, main course and dessert.
We got the Gobi Manchurian, pani puri, Spring dosa, Idli Vada, Biryani, Kulfi, Mango juice, madaras coffee and salted lassi amongst the 4 of us. The quantity isn't extremely high but it gave us an opportunity to try a larger variety.
According to my taste the food was more tangy than spicy but they gave good chutneys for the spice. everything looked and tasted fresh.
From what we ordered, the pani puri was very refreshing, Idli wada was really nice, and all of the beverages we tried were perfect. Special mention for the Madras coffee ❤️
