“This location looked like a cozy place. I'll be sure to stay awhile during my next visit. I usually order on the app but this stop was unplanned and glad I did. Got a simple americano and was served quickly.

“Very bad service, they lock the bathrooms forcing you to buy and even if you make an order and you have to go to the bathroom they refuse to open it until you pay. They don't trust their customers and the employees are very nasty.
Go to Dunkin Donuts and there are no keys on the bathrooms.“
“The Oatmilk Shaken Espresso at Starbucks is honestly my favorite drink. It’s smooth, refreshing, and not too sweet. I love how the oatmilk adds a light creaminess that balances the strong espresso flavor. Every time I get it, it feels like the perfect pick-me-up.“
“It's nice to have Starbucks nearby when I shop at Target or other nearby stores. Most of the staff here are nice, but they sometimes make mistakes with orders. For example, once they gave me two orders of the same coffee when I order two different kinds, and another time a staff member deducted a purchase from my rewards/points without my permission and I needed to call customer service to make correction. The staff were new during this visit (see photos). One staff member didn't call me to get my order; she just put the coffee down and seemed upset when asked if that was my order and was more upset when I asked for a straw and a spoon. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in a customer service position. You represent your company. The interactive bulletin board with themed questions is nice!“
“Kevin and Jen were kind and friendly, as well as efficient. Super amazing service— my boyfriend and I came in right before close (11:54) and they had our drinks ready and done two minutes later! Thank you so much for the good drinks and hospitality!“
“I came here with a friend who uses a wheelchair and he fell out of his chair while we were there. The employee behind the counter saw what happened and rushed over to help. The coffee I ordered was great and more than that the compassion shown by the concerned and thoughtful staff warmed my heart. It’s a bonus they have an accessible table there.“
