“Came for dessert after dinner at the plaza next door, and we got the Red Bean Bingsoo. Love that they use shaved milk, and not shaved ice 🥹 it is on the pricier end for the amount of bingsoo you get (the V-shaped bowl is slightly deceptive), but every bite was worth it.

“I visited a take-out Japanese restaurant at the H-Mart Fairfax Food Court with modest expectations regarding the quality of the food. Surprisingly, the Chirashi Salad Bowl and the Sashimi Combo were fresh and flavorful. Initially, I thought the Chirashi Bowl might be too small for one person, but it was just the right portion. However, considering its price, I found the Sashimi Combo to be relatively small. For those who prefer to dine in, there is a shared seating area in the center of the food court accessible to all the eateries.“

“We had a wonderful dining experience! The kimchi was a standout—my friend ranked it in her top 5 of all time. The staff were incredibly sweet and even brought her an extra serving. We tried a variety of sushi, and every piece was fresh and flavorful. The squid legs were especially impressive, perfectly cooked and tender, not chewy at all. Each meal also came with a small peanut salad and a comforting bowl of miso soup, which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

The staff is also super responsive and helpful. We have some food allergies in our family that make being able to eat out really difficult, and they are so careful at Fo! “Great food, was able to customize the meal for my pickier kids. I added carrots to my Ramen and took out the mushrooms. Loved that I could customize so much of it! Kids loved the boba tea and the juice where you could add the boba balls to it. You could also pick how much sugar you wanted added!“

“Can’t speak to the hibachi but the sushi from here is really, really good. I’ve ordered many times now for delivery and it is always great. Big rolls with lots of fish, fresh, and they always provide lots of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.“
