“This was my first time at Nathan’s Dairy Bar. I got the hot apples with pumpkin pie and graham cracker twist soft serve ice cream. AMAZING. quickly became one of my favorite soft serve spots in all the places I’ve lived (which is a lot). The ice cream wasn’t overly sweet but had a nice obvious flavor without that cloying fakeness ice creams often have. Partnered with their spiced, warm apples they serve on the side to avoid melting it was possibly the perfect fall treat. The apples were nicely cooked and slighhhtly crunchy while still being obviously stewed in the caramel and spices. They had a bold flavor that was again perfectly sweet instead of dripping in sugar. SO good.“

“Lemonade Bakery is the only bakery I go to. Everything is delicious and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Plus added bonus they are dairy and nut free so don’t ever have to worry about allergies. Hands down the best place in old town. Support for local businesses!!“

“My brother and I tried La China Poblana Taqueria for the first time today. Having grown up in San Diego, we have been searching for an authentic, family restaurant experience for a long while since moving up the DC area. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Service was spot on. Food was on point. We can't recommend this place enough. The birria tacos and quesadilla were fantastic. My brother also tried their lingua and loved it. Also, their fresh guacamole... I haven't had guacamole this good since I left California 23 years ago.“

We didnt order any drinks and the bill was pricey compared to other pho spots. I was surprised with the cost when I received the bill. “The food reminds me of a good old fashioned dinner. there are a few opportunities for improvement. My dish was listed as including asparagus but it was missing. The chip beef was severely lacking chip beef. Lunch menus don't start until noon but it doesn't seem to say that anywhere on the menu. Drive through only open Monday through Thursday apparently, also no clear signs on that.“

“I've been eating pho and vietnamese soups for over 30 years. This is an excellent spot for your needs. It's clean, customer service is excellent and best of all, the food is great.

I had the beef stew and added tendon in this trip.

2nd review: I had the pho special with extra tendon and it did not disappoint.“

A little rough on service start we had to listen to waitress vent about how she has to serve Alo e and the guy who was to show up to help won:t be in until 5pm. Also referencing that don't ask her questions that are obvious in the menu. Later she turned super nice. A must try if you are in the area. The food is fresh and delicious“

“Everything looked delicious. The person who waited on me really took the time to explain anything I asked about and their willingness to fulfill any specific requests.

I used restraint and only walked out with a canolli. The canolli shell was delicious. The consistency of the filling wasn't great and did not have much flavor. This would not stop me from trying something else at another time though.“

The food- I couldn't even begin to suggest a way it could be better. It's perfect! The prices are good, and the generosity with drinks and the bread sticks is unending. The food is amazing but it's the owners that really make the place. I go often for the food but am always happy to see the staff. “I brought my entire family here for Thanksgiving, and I'd like to give a big shoutout to the cashier up front that day, Jair. Despite our large order for my entire family of seven persons. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He provided us numerous ideas for my aunt, who is gluten-free and was unsure what to order. He went above and beyond his obligations as a Cashier, informing me that I had awards on my app that I was unaware of. “I would like to return here for some of the posted events (game night, open mic night…) On the day of my visit, the barista recommended the honey cake. Very good, and something I would not normally have chosen. The quality of my (iced) coffee was very good. There are work and meeting spaces, some available by reservation“

“Worst location. I have never been in Panera Bread this dirty before. I visit this chain few times a week all over norther VA, this place was bad…every table was dirty and greasy, filthy bathroom..it was horrible. I felt like getting up and leaving right away. I told one of the employees that tables need to be wiped and he acknowledged the issue. Ten minutes later I saw one of employees running around spraying tables barely wiping them dry. I had to get up and finish the job myself. Panera Bread, this is not up to your standards! Very disappointing. Will avoid this location at all cost.
