“A friend and I meet at Theisman's restaurant for lunch quite often. I live in Alexandria and she lives in Warrenton so it's a great middle point. We both love the food and the hostesses and waitstaff are excellent. The atmosphere is nice.. the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the music in there was so loud. We decided to sit on the porch thinking it would be quieter and it was such a beautiful day... unfortunately the music was extremely loud out there too and seemed to increase in volume as we were out there for about 2 hours. I noticed a few other people were saying that it was so loud too. We should have said something to the hostess but we had not seen each other in awhile. Wonderful place, but people do want to be able to talk and hear each other. Hopefully, this will get to the right ears ?“

Having grown up in San Diego, we have been searching for an authentic, family restaurant experience for a long while since moving up the DC area. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. Service was spot on. Food was on point. We can't recommend this place enough. The birria tacos and quesadilla were fantastic. My brother also tried their lingua and loved it. Also, their fresh guacamole... “My husband and I love Lil' Bowl. Tonight I decided to surprise my husband with a bento bowl which he has never had. They were so good. There was so much food, we had leftovers for tomorrow. Yum! I had the Pad Thai...very good. My husband had the chicken fried rice, and we both really enjoyed our Bento Boxes. We also really enjoyed the mango sticky rice for our dessert. If you like Thai and Japanese cuisine, you have to try Lil' Bowl. We highly recommend it.“

“I’ve been here a couple of times and I definitely recommend this place to anyone craving Korean ramen with lots of toppings. You pay around $8.50 for unlimited toppings which is a great deal. We also got a blue lemonade and peach green tea, they were so refreshing!

Everything is self-serve here and the staff will instruct you on how to cook your ramen and what to add to your bowl. There are also instructions on how to cook your ramen which is really easy to follow.“

“This is my family's go to pho spot now! This was our 3rd time and we know it won't be the last.

We used to go to the Centreville location, but now live closer to this location. It has the same great broth and delicious sides, and is the most reasonably priced pho place around without cutting back on quality.

I always get the bun chay and ate every bit today - I meant to take a picture for the review, but it was too delicious! They do a discount if you pay with cash, so that was a nice surprise!

“I come here multiple times a week, and have never been disappointed. Their display case is regularly restocked with new selections of treats, such as cake slices, cake pops, cannoli, napoleons, cupcakes, and sometimes even things like creme brulee and various types of tarts.

The drink selection is excellent; they offer milk teas, coffees, smoothies, lemonade (with quite a few flavor options), frozen beverages (such as frozen coffees or frozen matcha), and much more + allow a lot of customization with addons like tapioca and crystal boba, popping boba, coffee jellies, etc. and the option for oat milk as a substitute and less/more sugar.

Despite ordering both custom cakes and treats from the display, I've never had an experience where any cake I've bought has been dry as some of the negative reviews complain about. As most of those reviews are several years old, I can only assume the quality has improved since then and dry cakes aren't a common problem anymore. Overall, I highly recommend giving this bakery a try if you're in the mood for something sweet.“

“I ate at Olive Garden yesterday with large group of people. It was the first time I had been to one in several years. The service was impeccable; I could not have asked for better. We had a wonderful evening. I have always enjoyed the salad and honestly that seems to be where all the flavor is. Everything else seems to taste the same. I had the lasagna classic and it was very bland. My main complaint is that it is always too loud and crowded. I guess this is probably why I don’t visit often. Overall, it was a good experience, but for all the fancy names, the food is just boring.“

But the real star of the show is the spicy Lab No. 1 sushi, it’s my absolute favorite roll and delivers the perfect amount of heat.
