“I first had their pumpkin roll cake at Heritage Bakery. It was so delicious that I contacted Branch’s and ordered two whole roll cakes! The roll cake is so moist and the cream cheese really balances the flavor. What I also love is that it’s not overly sweet at all! It’s just perfect! We will be ordering again! Friendly service, too!!“

“Super friendly service who easily dealt with our family of 9. Super patient and answered all of our annoying questions. The ice cream was sooooo good. The portions are very generous as well. As a movie nerd I was a huge fan of the pictures on the wall (most autographed) and the story of the owner going to sci-fi conventions to collect them. Great place that we preferred to the other ice cream place down the road. I highly suggest you stop in to this place (hint there is a brewery next store for mom and dad as well).“

“I LOVE J-Petal! First and foremost, the service is wonderful! Each person I’ve interacted with has been so friendly. My favorite item on the menu is a Taro Milk Tea with Bubbles! It’s absolutely perfect and consistent every time.“

“Tot's deserves a 10 out of 5 star review. This is one the best ice cream places between Lake Lure, NC and Ltitz, PA. Definitely the best ice cream shop in the Harrisonburg region. The flavors are great, there is a lot "stuff" in every spoonful and ice cream is served at the correct temperature of being hard ice cream edible using a plastic fork. The staff is great and the owner is very personable. I also make homemade ice cream and know of what I speak. Just check what your grocery stores are passing off on you, mostly frozen dairy desserts, not ice cream. The prices and serving sizes cannot be beat. Very affordable and you do not go away dissatisfied. This has to be the place ice cream shoppe in the Shenandoah Valley!“

“What a great experience!…I have the clear distinction of enjoying a rare homemade raspberry soft ice cream cone….conceivably the best in the country!!.. the servers had great dispositions, smiling like crazy even though they were serving hundreds of people they actually enjoyed their jobs“

“After having a terrible experience w one of Campus Cookies competitors, Mya was very helpful and professional. The first picture was the cookie (with the blue/white icing) we got from Campus Cookies. The second pic was the competitors cookie which clearly was not edible. “I’ve always had an amazing experience at crumbl! The cookies have always been great. One time a staff member swapped out one of my cookies because he didn’t like the topping placement. The attention to detail is beautiful. Honestly a great place to go, I always recommend it.“

“No issues at all. Clean, quiet, nice pool and breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second level, but fortunately there were first floor rooms available. Several things to mention, the breakfast offers waffles, fruit, yogurt, real scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and more. The entire property is clean and updated, TVs are big, and the beds are Heavenly comfortable- we will definitely return.“

“You can build your own pizza or choose one from their menu. The menu selections are interesting! We each tried a different one (Buffalo chicken and hot honey pepperoni) - both were delicious! Would definitely eat here again. Very casual atmosphere but yummy food.“

“Awesome DQ store. The best in Harrisonburg imo. Fast service. Food quality is 10/10. The staff could be a tad bit more friendly or welcoming. When I say hello, I would expect a hello back, which hasn't happened the last handful of time I've been. I wish there was a pecan flavor.“

“The photos in my review don't do justice. I got 2 scoops and in the photos what you see is half of what was included. Great Ice Cream, Huge Scoops and such friendly people working there. One of the best Ice Cream places I have visited. Highly Recommend! Had the Blueberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Peanut Butter and Wife had Chocolate. We loved it!
