“I first had their pumpkin roll cake at Heritage Bakery. It was so delicious that I contacted Branch’s and ordered two whole roll cakes! The roll cake is so moist and the cream cheese really balances the flavor. What I also love is that it’s not overly sweet at all! It’s just perfect! We will be ordering again! “There are a couple of truths I live by. And one is; it's never too hot for coffee or too cold for ice cream. Now will I tend to order cold brew a little more frequently in the sweltering months? Sure. And when in Harrisonburg at the beginning of November, I might have to warm up things a little. Kline's had me covered. My brisk walk (for all of three blocks) was worth the redness of my face and watery eyes for as I approached the order window, there before me was a photo of a apple dumpling with a scoop of ice cream on top. So as not to assume, a apple dumpling is a cored and peeled apple that has been breaded and baked. That empty core typical holds cinnamon, butter, and sugar. And always, always a scoop of ice cream or frozen custard on top. Just imagine that warm dumpling with the vanilla ice cream slowly melting on top, creating a moot of delicious goodness in the bowl. When I tell you that I had consumed every bite (and slurped the remains) in less than 5 minutes, that is not an exaggeration. I didn't even look up, so as to avoid eye contact of anyone questioning the last time I had received a meal. Now they make the ice cream fresh each day and they've been around since 1943 (aka, 80 years!) so there's no doubting the quality of anything on the menu. Frozen coffee, milkshakes, flurries, larger amounts of ice cream (to take home or consume in your car), and of course the classic banana split. Stop by and try it for yourself. I know I'll be back when I travel that way this year.“

I called the Insomnia cooke shop and the gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous and said he would contact doordash and make sure we got our order!! “I was torn between the lemon bar and key lime pie, so I asked the cashier what she prefers and she said the lemon bar.I got the lemon bar per her recommendation. After the first bite I took, I had no words. I was left speechless. This is the best lemon bar I have EVER had. I still think about it in my sleep. 10000x would recommend. It is the PERFECT amount of tartness. Oh my. I wanted to gatekeep this so badly, but I didn't want to be selfish. You need to get it!!“
“I love J-Pedal! Their fruity drinks/tea and bubble tea and always refreshing and hit the spot. Their poke bowls are always made with fresh ingredients. They also make sweet and savory crepes and rolled ice cream with unique flavors, so they have a bit of everything. The atmosphere is laid back with bright lighting and comfy sofas. I always love coming here with a friend since it's a nice place to hang out.“
“No issues at all. Clean, quiet, nice pool and breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second level, but fortunately there were first floor rooms available. Several things to mention, the breakfast offers waffles, fruit, yogurt, real scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and more. The entire property is clean and updated, TVs are big, and the beds are Heavenly comfortable- we will definitely return.“
“The other day my coworkers were asking how I spent my birthdays growing up and I shared that no matter what, I always celebrate with an ice cream cake. Today when I got to work, I was absolutely blown away when they surprised me with quite literally the most beautiful red velvet ice cream cake I have ever laid my eyes on.
