“This is a wonderful little Pop-Up Ice Cream shop in downtown Shenandoah Virginia. They're open late during the summer, so you can run out as the day cools down. Karens has a wide selection of delicious ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes. The banana milkshake is thick and creamy and has blended banana chunks in it, which was a delightful surprise! The banana split is large enough for two people to eat it is also a favorite treat.“
“Our family of four was staying at Massanutten Resort and stumbled upon this place really close to the resort entry. It was attached to 2 other restaurants (Korean bbq by the bowl and a burger place that looked like it might be good) with a common outdoor seating area. It was a cute set up. There were a lot of flavors they did not have on hand. The scooper said it was due to spring break rush and they are trying to use up all their flavors. My wife, 10 year old daughter, 7 year old son and I all managed to find one to two flavors we enjoyed. My wife got one scoop of praline pecan and one scoop of black raspberry extreme in a waffle cone. She really enjoyed the flavors and the waffle cone was crunchy which was a concern for her. My daughter also got these two flavors. My daughter after finishing the ice cream said she wishes she got two scoop of only black raspberry extreme instead. My son got a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of vanilla and ate almost the whole thing. I got two scoops of cookie dough. The serving size was generous for the price! We all enjoyed our ice cream. All in all, we would come back to this spot in the future.“
“I first had their pumpkin roll cake at Heritage Bakery. It was so delicious that I contacted Branch’s and ordered two whole roll cakes! The roll cake is so moist and the cream cheese really balances the flavor. What I also love is that it’s not overly sweet at all! It’s just perfect! We will be ordering again! Friendly service, too!!“
“This place is so good that my daughter and I travel over an hour almost every weekend to go here. The elotes, chicharron, all of the dulces are delicious and the mangonada is fantastic! So far, everything we've had here has been fresh, flavorful and authentic.“
“Great ice cream after a hot day of hiking! There were about 16 flavors to choose from, with cups or cones as options. Reasonably priced as well with some outdoor seating. We didn't try the tea, just the ice cream, but highly recommended!“
“Had an issue with door dash delivery and the manager at Crumbl, Larry, was incredibly kind and helpful even though the issue was not Crumbl’s fault at all. They assisted in fixing the issue for us and the cookies were absolutely incredible as always. Truly appreciate their willingness to fix someone else’s mistake and we will absolutely order from them again! 10/10!!!“

“There are a couple of truths I live by. And one is; it's never too hot for coffee or too cold for ice cream. Now will I tend to order cold brew a little more frequently in the sweltering months? Sure. And when in Harrisonburg at the beginning of November, I might have to warm up things a little. Kline's had me covered. My brisk walk (for all of three blocks) was worth the redness of my face and watery eyes for as I approached the order window, there before me was a photo of a apple dumpling with a scoop of ice cream on top. So as not to assume, a apple dumpling is a cored and peeled apple that has been breaded and baked. That empty core typical holds cinnamon, butter, and sugar. And always, always a scoop of ice cream or frozen custard on top. Just imagine that warm dumpling with the vanilla ice cream slowly melting on top, creating a moot of delicious goodness in the bowl. When I tell you that I had consumed every bite (and slurped the remains) in less than 5 minutes, that is not an exaggeration. I didn't even look up, so as to avoid eye contact of anyone questioning the last time I had received a meal. Now they make the ice cream fresh each day and they've been around since 1943 (aka, 80 years!) so there's no doubting the quality of anything on the menu. Frozen coffee, milkshakes, flurries, larger amounts of ice cream (to take home or consume in your car), and of course the classic banana split. Stop by and try it for yourself. I know I'll be back when I travel that way this year.“
“I placed my order with DoorDash and they definitely fell short! They said my order had been delivered but it wasn’t!! I called the Insomnia cooke shop and the gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous and said he would contact doordash and make sure we got our order!! Which did they pit extra cookies in box!! We don’t have an insomnia cookies in our town?The next time we’re in this area we will definitely oder again!! “I was torn between the lemon bar and key lime pie, so I asked the cashier what she prefers and she said the lemon bar.I got the lemon bar per her recommendation. After the first bite I took, I had no words. I was left speechless. This is the best lemon bar I have EVER had. I still think about it in my sleep. 10000x would recommend. It is the PERFECT amount of tartness. Oh my. I wanted to gatekeep this so badly, but I didn't want to be selfish. You need to get it!!“
“We stopped in on an impulse. I was expecting scooped ice cream but it's all soft serve. Only carry vanilla & chocolate as a base but do offer a weekly special flavor. Yesterday it was chocolate peanut butter. Larger serving size than expected. Just the right thing after lunch & a meeting nearby.??? Sundaes & Banana Splits with many toppings to choose from. ??? Enjoy it.“
