“Amazing place for shakes & ice creams, decently priced. Will repeat next time that I am visiting the mountains. Locals and visitors loved it; we saw a big line a few days in a row and never thought it was for an ice cream shop. Asked around Massanutten for a good place to go, and we were told to go to Kline. The local shop has been up and running since the 1940s, and it’s just delicious!“

“Super friendly service who easily dealt with our family of 9. Super patient and answered all of our annoying questions. The ice cream was sooooo good. The portions are very generous as well. As a movie nerd I was a huge fan of the pictures on the wall (most autographed) and the story of the owner going to sci-fi conventions to collect them. Great place that we preferred to the other ice cream place down the road. I highly suggest you stop in to this place (hint there is a brewery next store for mom and dad as well).“

Today, however, I ordered the 4 items in the weekly rotation, and for one of the cookies they gave me the celebration cookie that they always have instead of the one I was supposed to get. “My husband loved the cake batter shake & I loved the weekly flavor- cookie crunch. Very basic but truly great ice cream. It’s pretty soft so if you’re getting a cone like I did then be prepared to eat it fast, grab napkins, & maybe ask for a bowl on the side in case you have to dump it over into it to finish. The waffle cone tasted fresh. Fast service & plenty of parking/seating! :)“

“No issues at all. Clean, quiet, nice pool and breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second level, but fortunately there were first floor rooms available. Several things to mention, the breakfast offers waffles, fruit, yogurt, real scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and more. The entire property is clean and updated, TVs are big, and the beds are Heavenly comfortable- we will definitely return.“

Furthermore, since it was their mess up he fully refunded my order. Overall I give it 4 stars but only because they gave me the wrong order.“
