“This is the only steakhouse we go to in Tyson's out of many because it is always top notch food and service. Ask for Coach as a waiter, he has served us multiple times and is the best. They even gave us a complimentary dessert after hearing we were celebrating closing on our new home.“

“Today my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fleming. The staff was AMAZING! Matt, the manager was on top of every request, need, and want. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“

My experience with Imani and Amina will be the reason I return and tell my friends to go. Their storytelling, command of the menu, and easy approach to creating an elevated dining experience did not go unnoticed.

Meatball and porkchop were a hit in tenderness and flavor, while the cabbage and pudding were a hit in dynamics and design. Major shout out to Amina for bringing over the perfect wine pairing to complement our porkchop—on the house.

“Visited for Thanksgiving, as we have for the last few years, because of the amazing vegan options. Equinox on 19th is a special experience whenever you go, but we are especially grateful to have a top notch restaurant offering plant-based options. Service is always on point and the staff is friendly & accommodating. We arrived early, but they were happy to seat us right away. The pace of our meal was perfection and we enjoyed every dish. Located in the heart of DC, but we are always able to park right out front which is very nice. This is fine dining with a special touch. Not to be missed, especially if you're looking for a great plant-based meal.“

“Disappointing visit to Capital Grille. Shockingly neglected for the first time ever by a server. l wasn't driving and would have cared for a second cocktail, repeatedly looked for server. Her visits to our table were rushed, left before we could finish ordering, all strange timing. Four people had differently prepared steaks and no one raved. This dining experience was unremarkable at best.“

“Absolutely outstanding meal. Beautiful start with seafood courses, culminating in a deep rich and earthy paella topped with lobster and caviar. Stellar partridge followed by a sumptuous pork Wellington. Orange themed deserts were a light and satisfying finish. Well, before we were guided to the living room for a few more sweet treats and tea. The service was lovely, attentive and warm. A perfect evening, bringing a bit of Spain to DC.“

“We had a gift certificate so decided to go for our anniversary. Complementary valet parking made it easy. We were greeted with warmth and a “Happy Anniversary “. The dining room was not crowded as it was just before Thanksgiving. Our waiter, Robbie, and his team were attentive but not hovering. We had a most enjoyable evening. The cocktails were generous and well-made. The food was superb. We split the oysters Rockefeller and a very good wedge salad. My wife had the lobster bisque and I had the best, most tender and flavorful bone-in prime rib I have ever had along with a side of creamed spinach. Warning: the portions are generous. I could manage less than half of my steak. Can't wait to have the rest. Next time we'll save room for the chocolate soufle.“
