Super friendly butcher, set me up with the perfect piece of Brisket, expertly trimmed exactly how I wanted it. This was my first visit, I am sure I will be making many more.
Awesome staff! Helped us with the perfect pork butt. I'm visiting from MN and smoking it with my sister and mom. Can't wait! 😋
Amazing selection! Last visit we had a trio of amazing steaks to grill.
My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer!
We are enjoying our linguica (Portuguese) sausage for dinner tonight. Worth the wait!!
