The place regularly lacks cleanliness
if you aren't open, why leave all of your doors unlocked and then act shocked and offended that someone might walk in? god forbid
Dining room DISGUSTING dirty. Trash overflowing. Not a single clean table. Food all over all the tables and floor. Burrito wrapper just sitting on the floor. Sat and ate for 30 minutes and not a single employee came from behind the counter to do anything. Drink/utensils station covered in the same mess the floor and tables are. Just gross.

The drive thru pickup is easy and orders are typically decent. However, some locations have issues with cleanliness and rude staff. Despite being short-staffed at times, some crews are super nice, accommodating, and patient. The quality of food and service can differ, making it better than most fast food places at some locations, but not at others.
