Young manager named Amanda has racist tendencies. If you aren’t white she will run to the kiosk because she thinks you are trying to steal a soda. Has screamed at me before as well. Something is wrong with her. Keep clear of this place. Have seen her do the same to black. And foreign people. Seen her yell at customers outside of the store saying she owns the parking lot. Called corporate but they seem not to care
The manager Stephanie is very rude for no reason. Doesn’t know how to communicate with customers at all. She also told me she was going to have me locked up. All this because I ask if I got my discount on my sweet treats I ask for the manager because the girl in the pink shirt couldn’t answer the question herself. I’m not one to post bad reviews, but I wanted to point out that if your business has a phone, employees should be answering it. We placed a large order for delivery today at 11:30am to be delivered by 12:30. 1pm rolled around so I called the driver, who was still at Panera waiting for it. He put someone on the phone who worked there that told me the food was likely stolen because they completed the order at 11:45am.
