“I visit this Wendy’s several times a week, and the food is always good. There’s a gentleman, possibly the manager or owner, who I sometimes see at the register, and when he’s there the store runs exceptionally well. The staff is extra pleasant, service is quick, and the overall vibe is great. Even when he’s not there, service is fine, but his presence really stands out. He gives 100% to customer service and interacts with employees in a way that is both firm and respectful.“
