Wendy's in Midlothian

“The majority of the time the food is hot. Service is always faster than other locations! The atmosphere is renovated always clean tables and seasonal decor. I've only encountered one rude drive through associate and that was because I had a Trump hat! My politics aside, the location associates almost always acknowledge your entrance, this may not seem of much value.. but it's what pushed me to stop by almost everyday now. The location going into Richmond had zero customer attention and dirty restrooms and nasty attitudes. So far a positive and experience here at this location.“

“The last thing I expected when making a visit to Wendys, was that I would be motivated to write a review. I try to steer clear of fast food, but it was an emergency situation given it was late and the kids needed a quick bite. All I can say is that Aiden made the experience. His energy and attitude are what every management team and customer needs. What could have been an underwhelming commoditized experience, was memorable thanks to him. A rare occurrence, may not be such a rare occurrence after all. Thank you!“
