“Thank You to Wendy's on a job well done at the Short Pump location. My previous experience was very nice on 4/7/26 for the special giveaway of fries and frosties. The fries and frosty was very delicious. Also, my recent experience on 4/12/26 was very nice. The workers were very polite and friendly. The restaurant was nicely remodeled and clean. I was asked if I needed anything and I was well served. Thank You.“
“I went through the drive thru on a rainy day and as I pulled away with my food, I realized that I forgot my fries. As I exit the parking lot, I get waved down by the employee holding a bag with the fries that I forgot. He ran through the rain to make sure I got my full order. Great service! Great food.“
