Wendy's in Fredericksburg

“Ethan at the drive thru is wonderful!! I almost wanted to order more just because he was so kind and professional! He has a great speaking voice and they got the right one!! I only eat at this Wendy’s cause the food be fresh and hot! Go see my boy Ethan! He got the glasses, beard and long hair with a killer smile 😊“

“Okay so I stopped at this Wendy's off 95 I order my double cheeseburger with extra cheese extra mayo extra mustard tomato and lettuce. I ordered a Frosty and chicken tenders I get to the window and the gentleman greets me and I pay. So he hands me my Frosty and tells me to pull up because the tenders would be a few minutes. I'm like okay that's normal because I'm thinking good they will be cooked fresh! So while I'm waiting I started browsing through the reviews of this location and it seems that they've been getting a lot of bad press. So now I'm a little nervous because I love my French fries hot I love my Burger fresh and of course I expect the tenders to be hot because they're probably going to be made to order. Well let me tell you guys this they nailed it my burger was hot and fresh exactly the way that I wanted it the tenders was hot and fresh like I expected and the french fries were hot and fresh as always because Wendy's Now does not serve cold french fries with a hot Burger
So good job to this team and franchise owner because apparently they took the feedback and acted on it and that's what's most important I say give them another try! Oh and the gentleman said thank you have a great day!!“

“It was a Sunday, late afternoon on our visit. The drive thru seemed average busy but my wife and 2 little girls decided to dine in. The angle of the entrance door was angled oddly and hidden from our view in the first available parking spots so we managed to walk almost entirely around the building just to get inside. Not a big deal, just odd.

As for the rest of our experience: we were promptly greeted and serviced. Our food was GREAT! I came SPECIFICALLY to try the “new and improved” spicy 🌶️ chicken 🍗 sandwich and I was NOT disappointed. It was big, juicy, quite spicy (I have a high tolerance for)and definitely hit the mark. TRY IT. My wife had the same and agreed.

Kids had kids meals and loved them as well. Great job on same toy so there’s no squabbling.

“I got a biggie bag for my younger son and a large baconator meal for my older son. Got Sprite to go with the large meal, and Barq's root beer to go with the biggie bag. I shared the large fries with my older son. They were perfect- not too hot and the right amount of salt. My younger son only wanted the burger and small fries, so I drank the root beer and ate the 4 tiny nuggets, lol. The nuggets are a bit smaller than McDonald's and while they tasted ok, I wouldn't eat them again. I don't like that 'filler' kind of chicken that comes out of a machine and is shaped into a nugget. I prefer real chicken breast. This Wendy's was easily accessible as we were on our way home, and it only took about 5 minutes in the drive-through. Both the person who took our order and the person who took payment and gave me the food were pleasant and helpful, so that's always great in a drive-through!! The food was placed neatly and carefully into the 2 bags, and we had a great experience at this Wendy's.“
