“What a phenomenal option. My wife and I were blown away. All of the food was exceptional and you can tell the staff both in and outside the kitchen really care about what they're doing. Our server Sara S was fantastic and very friendly devoting time to make conversations instead of rushing through a job. Additionally, culinary director Mitchell came to our table unprompted to check in with us and gave us a complimentary appetizer after hearing it was our first time dining there. He also reappeared toward the end of our meal and chatted with us a bit about his passion for the restaurant and the craft. Truly a great experience.“

“The Busy Street Cici’s in Richmond is one of the best Cici’s I’ve visited ! I had the opportunity to eat here with my son and we really really enjoyed it . My son has taken his kids here a couple times and they’ve always enjoyed it .
The pizza here at this location just tasted better . It was fresher and the vegetables and toppings tasted better.
Also , the friendly staff is a big plus. The young man Brian and the manager Martin are great people, you can tell they care . Thank you for a great experience“

“We are business neighbors of Joe's pizza and a review is long over due. As a catering company, we spend so much time cooking for others and never for us! So when lunch time rolls around Joe's is our 'go-to'. Everything is ALWAYS tasty and portions generous. The size of a slice of pizza blew my nephews mind. Haha. Our order is filled quickly and accurately every single time. And the icing on the cake is that they hand deliver our order to our business so that we can get back to work while it is being prepared. “Great Pizza Hut! I am always ordering online and request extra sauce and no cheese and they get it right with the perfect bake every time. Most of the time it’s after midnight and really appreciate the care they take. Never give an attitude and usually ask to make sure I meant to do no cheese when picking up.“

“Marco‘s Pizza is a good place to get pizza about the same when I read Vinny’s, but this place is just different in a way not bad but good so I wanted to die in inside but I noticed there’s only one table so I know now it’s not really an dining place like a takeout. But overall good. and the only noise you’ll hear is just the kitchen where the pizza is made. That’s all where the noise is coming from.“

They have plant based cheese and italian sausage for vegan options. Not bad. Lots of veggies to add as well. I would have loved to see beyond steak tips or soy curls on the menu, but what they have is totally feasible and I ended up with a good vegan pizza.

I placed a pick up order and the form/website told me it would be ready in 13 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and it hadn't gone in yet... took another 30 minutes to get the pizza. However -- the person working realized that this was not a great customer experienced, and they offered to refund me the full amount without me having to ask or express frustration or anything. There were a few other people waiting on late pizzas and he offered them the same as well. I'm very please with how they handled that situation. Seemed like they may have been short staffed.“

“Chanello's brought their A-game! Their pizzas were amazing- and they were running a great special (2 Large 3-Topping Pizzas for $28). Ya can't beat that! And the staff was very friendly.

“Had a lovely dinner with my niece before she heads off to college. My food (la principessa chicken and shrimp) was delicious, as was the broccoli. And the serving was generous-- enough to take half home for another night. My niece always gets, and enjoys, the Alfredo. Having lived in Italy for many years, would I say this was authentic Italian? Mine was close. Hers, not so much. I would have to return to try other options. The service was ok, nothing to write home about. I would have liked if the hostess had spoken to me in Italian, as I spoke to her. Sigh. The atmosphere, meh. Dark. Nothing particularly Italian about it. Wish they had played music in Italian like Andrea Bocelli. I will go back.“

I grew up eating at Pizza Hut when they were really the only restaurant style pizza place to go to they've always been my favorite but once they close down all the sit-down walk-in pizza places and all these cheaper pizza places started popping up all over the place the quality of everybody's Pizza has gone down and that's unfortunate but I still personally like the Pizza Hut pizza better than than anybody else's that's you know that's just my opinion but the quality I think it's still a little better because but the other the other brands all the other quick places I don't think they had up to add you just trying to make a quick Buck which is what everybody is trying to do anyway but hey that's just my opinion sorry about the typos my phone doesn't type perfect English because it was made in China“

“Super nice staff, offered plates when we nearly forgot to ask, ordered 6 pizzas ahead of time for pick up at 1:30 and I regretted it when it could have been earlier - they had it ready for us earlier with no issues. Was able to get them about 1 instead. Can't thank them enough for that and really appreciated their help.“

“Came in to town just for the day. Was looking for a place to get some lunch and saw this restaurant. My youngest daughter is quite picky when it comes to food. She ordered a Cheese Calzone and I got the Fettuccine Alfredo. The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out of the kitchen in no time. The portions were plentiful and the food was very good. I would definitely stop in again on my next visit!“
