“We were looking for a kid friendly winery that had a variety for our group of four adults and four kids. We called ahead and did not require a reservation but we're advised that the pavilion is where we would go and would be kid friendly. parking was easy. There was some outdoor seating but I am guessing that's more for the warmer months. We sat inside and there was a great variety of tables as well as sofas for casual conversations and wine going. They had a good variety of ciders as well as wine, my sister and her fiancé ordered the cider flight, where as I had a glass of 2014 Chardonnay. Lucky for me my Chardonnay was on sale starting at a discount for three bottles or by the case. I left with three bottles to bring home. There was also an area to purchase some quick snacks, such as chocolates, cheeses, nuts, and meats there was water and soda for sale for the kids, as well as some local trinkets for sale. Service was fast and friendly, staff was knowledgeable and helped with recommendations, it is a beautiful venue and we really enjoyed our visit.“

“Our group had an amazing experience at Cave Ridge! We came as part of my sister’s bachelorette trip and booked the barrel room - it truly made the weekend so special. Jared was very knowledgeable about each wine on the tasting menu and was a ton of fun (the whole team was wonderful) and we even got a special visit from the owner! The tasting menu had a great balance of sparking, white, and red wine options and each one was incredible! The ambience is very relaxing and the perfect spot for a celebration. I can’t recommend Cave Ridge enough!“

“Great vibe, friendly staff, kids and pets allowed. Indoor and outdoor seating. Espresso. Range of wines and the flight included a good mix. I also got a glass of the cab sauv which was not in the flight. The pesto flatbread was perfect for a light but filling bite and paired well with the flight.“

“Been to a few wineries in the area...and BY FAR, you guys knocked it outta the park! What a great wine tasting with superb wines! And your young lady manager really made us feel so comfortable! Side note: brought out 16 yr old Chihuahua boy inside for a few minutes and took him to the wolf...he snuggled right in to his ancient ancestors! 5 stars doesn't even touch...what a great wine stop! You should feel very proud of yourselves! Thank you!“

“My friends and I came by this afternoon after visiting Luray Caverns. We had an amazing time! It was a nice fall day and the outside patio area was a great place to sit. The views of the vineyard really made it an enjoyable afternoon while sipping on wine and chatting. Once we got chilly, we moved inside to the upstairs loft seating and enjoyed the live music. We met the owners who were absolutely pleasant with a warm demeanor and knowledgeable take on the wines. You could tell they worked hard to run the vineyard and valued the welcoming atmosphere. The wines were so much fun to try! We all got flights and then split a bottle once we chose one of our favorites. I would definitely recommend stopping by!“
